Wonderful

Everything the hotel has super gardens and car parking. We have already booked for next year.

Only comment was Restuarant who have reduced the choice of evening soups from two to one so we missed out twice. Shame but hope the amend. Everything about the hotel is very suitable fir our needs and will continue to stay as in previous years.

Lovely hotel with exceptional staff and beautiful gardens

The staff were all exceptional, very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The gardens are a beautiful relaxing place to be. Food was very good, good choices and was reasonably hot compared to other hotel buffets we have had. The room was very comfortable, and the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. We had green parrots visit us on the balcony which were a lovely sight. The shuttle bus was very welcome to bring us back from the town as it is all up hill.

Our room was 406, which at first we thought was great,we arrived on a Friday and the weekend was lovely, the room was on the corner of the hotel and we could see mount tiede one side and the sea the other way. However on Monday we got new neighbours in the room next door who smoked alot, we could no longer sit on the balcony when they were out there due to the smell. Also the room was above the main goods in/out area of the hotel. On weekdays arrivals and collections happened at all times of day and night often waking us at 4am. I would stay here again as the hotel is great but I would choose a room with the garden view as it would be much quieter there.

Very relaxing hotel

Nice clean hotel with lovely friendly staff. Very nice, well looked after gardens. Free bus to Peurto De La Cruz. Lovely pool area & snack bar.

Food was nice but seemed to mainly cater to vegetarians, too much salad. Could do with an ATM machine as there is very little in walkable local area. Evening entertainment was very weak.

Calm clean and quiet with the standard of services expected from a four-star hotel.

The hotel is not located directly on the ocean shore, so it is a little further from the central part of the city, but for this reason I recommend it to those who want to spend their evenings in a calmer, quieter place. The breakfast and dinner offer is sumptuous! The room was clean and tidy, maybe a bit dark.

The furnishings and interior design seemed a bit old-fashioned to me.

Very Good

This hotel is fantastic. In an excellent location. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast is fabulous everything you could ever want. Nice big rooms.

The lunch and evening meal options are very poor. Not enough vegetarian options. I struggled to find something to eat this time and even hubby as a meat eater found it hard. The quality as really suffered and gone downhill sadly. The entertainment is very old fashioned. Seeing lots of younger people at the hotel this time you need to look at this as they were finding it very boring.

Excellent value, great staff and nice and quiet stay

I've been to this hotel three times now, the staff are always excellent, the food always good and the rooms clean and well presented. The hotel is a little way from the centre of town so the free courtesy bus is welcome. The outdoor pool area is nice with plenty of plants and a back entrance to the neighbouring park. I'll be going again.

Maybe its a English thing, but I would like a drink in the room on arrival, a bottle of water or ideally, a kettle and a few coffee and tea or somthing would be great so you could have a drink after a long journey without having to go straight to the bar. The in room tea and coffee options seem expensive, but most people wont need it.

Perfect stay for a trip to Puerto de la Cruz

Really nice Hotel, close to the city centre with an amazing breakfast & a nice pool, garden area and a Tennis Court :) Also the rooms were huge, with 2 bathrooms and a nice ocean view.

Just an information for the people who don’t like to walk a lot - it’s a steep 20 minutes walk to the city centre, but there is also a bus, so it isn‘t really bad.

Great stay but spoilt by lack of parking

The hotel was very good and the room had everything we needed, although we would have liked a kettle or coffee making facilities

The downside of this hotel is definitely the parking. The hotel advertises parking on site, but it should definitely say LIMITED parking on site. We arrived on Monday and there were no spaces available until the following Sunday. We were directed to a local car park (free) which was also full. Luckily we did manage to find a space after another car left, but it made us reluctant to go anywhere after that.

Wonderful setting, surrounded by lush greenery. The staff all seemed to be happy and enjoyed laughing with the guests. The range of lovely fresh and cooked food for breakfast was amazing!

Wonderful relaxing hotel with friendly staff!

We had a lovely, relaxing stay at the hotel. The breakfast buffet has everything you can ask for with different throughout the week. The pool is spacious, quiet and we never had any issues finding a sunbed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a blocked drain which was fixed instantly when I mentioned it.

We would have preferred a double bed mattress instead of two single beds pushed together.

It was a nice stay, no regrets at all.

It has nice facilities, clean, staff are friendly and professional.

The massive slope to go up the hotel makes it harder to go out, knowing you will be climbing that. But still you can take a taxi not a dealbreaker..

Very relaxing holiday

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Meals were good.The hotel is a distance from the centre but a free bus is provided. It cost 5 euros in a taxi from the centre to the hotel

This is a fantastic hotel. Ideally located. It has incredible staff that make you feel like family. The beds are super comfy and the room are large with everything you need.

This time we was very disappointed with the food. The quality and choice has certainly gone down since last year and this time extremely repetitive. it won't stop us returning though

Very clean rooms, personel is great and very helpful. Buffet breakfast and dinner are good quality and diverse. Location is a little bit uphill but they provide free shuttle bus to the city centre. Hotel is near the Taoro parque which is really nice.
